Result: Contribute to improved policies, regulations and guidelines that bring about a more conducive business environment in the low carbon energy sector.
Activities
On-grid
Assist the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources with low carbon energy policies and regulations, including the Presidential Decree on RE tariffs, through policy recommendations, stakeholders consultations, and supporting GOI to adopt recommendations and effectively implement new policies.
Off-grid
Define and present viable off-grid business models to GOI and prepare recommendations for a regulatory framework to implement them.
PLN Assistance
We will assist PLN to improve their transparency and effectiveness, through capacity building and assistance on planning, procurement and contracting procedures.
