This study explains a range of blue energy hot spots in Indonesia with development potential and delivery strategy in a cost-effective way. It also identifies strategies to move forward on the blue energy pathway. As an output, this study provides a map of speculative blue energy potential, expected to provide insights into blue energy resources available in Indonesia and lay the initial foundation for the resource exploration and exploitation.
